Who we are: Therapy South is a neuro-affirming, DIR influenced pediatric private practice serving both outpatient pediatric OT, PT and speech therapy clients as well as qualifying in-home clients throughout San Diego County.

Requirements for this position include:
·For SLP candidates: Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Speech Language Pathology as well as Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC's), however CF candidates are welcome to apply! (Compensation rates may change based on experience).
-For SLPA candidates: Associates degree or higher in Speech Language Pathology
· California Speech Therapy license or be license eligible
What this role looks like:
Working directly with clients 1:1 or in a team context alongside client families to add meaning and support in the areas of speech and language development. Adding play, coaching and friendship to the relationships you foster and building long lasting memories with precious minds. Growing your AAC tool kit, advocating for non-speaking individuals and guiding parents through unchartered territories of the many voice options our world provides. Building friendships and professional growth with incredible co-workers and a team of leaders who genuinely love to teach, support and lead a team. Managing your caseload and scheduling needs of the client, as applicable to the role you are hired for.
