Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients. This role requires strong communication and computer skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- First point of contact for incoming calls and general customer service.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Utilize strong phone etiquette to handle customer calls, emails, and chats with confidence and empathy.
- Assist clients with payments and general insurance inquiries, including assisting with daily banking deposits and reconciliations
- Enter customer data accurately and efficiently into our database, as well as Microsoft applications
- Make outbound calls to customers to follow up on issues, and increase customer satisfaction.
- General office management duties including, but not limited to, incoming and outgoing mail, manage supplies, assisting agents with general office duties
- Work collaboratively with other agents to resolve customer inquiries and improve overall customer experience.
Experience
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role or a similar environment.
- Proven track record of providing excellent customer service and resolving customer complaints.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Experience with data entry software and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
