Responsibilities:
- Assist with food preparation and cooking
- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their orders
- Operate the POS system to process transactions accurately
- Handle cash and make change for customers
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and kitchen
- Ensure tables are clean and ready for the next customer
- Follow all food handling and safety procedures
- Promote sales by upselling menu items to customers
Requirements:
- Previous experience in food service or a related field is preferred
- Basic math skills for cash handling and calculating orders
- Strong time management skills to ensure efficient service
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
