THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
Seeking Aerospace and Defense Supplier Senior Sales Account Manager. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of related Aerospace parts sales experience. Seeking someone that is a truly self-motivated and independent sales professional.

Job Mission:
To strategically drive business growth and strengthen market position by leveraging extensive sales expertise and industry knowledge to manage and expand high-value and key accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships and robust sales performance within the aerospace and defense sectors.
Key Objectives:
- Increase Strategic Account Revenue: Achieve a year-over-year revenue increase within existing accounts by identifying and capitalizing on new sales opportunities.
- Expand Key Account Base through Synergies and Cross-Selling: Sell an array of new products to existing and new accounts, beyond just fasteners, by leveraging all resources and synergies across our companies, if they meet our gross profit (GP) threshold.
- Enhance Customer Retention and Satisfaction: Improve customer retention rates and achieve a high customer satisfaction score among key strategic accounts through consistent account management, proactive problem-solving, and regular engagement strategies.
Outcomes:
- Achieve an annual increase (percentage TBD) in revenue within existing strategic accounts through the successful implementation of new sales strategies and initiatives.
- Grow existing product lines (percentage TBD) over the next three years by effectively selling a diversified range of products, ensuring each new or expanded account meets or exceeds our gross profit threshold.
- Increase customer retention rates by (percentage TBD) and achieve a customer satisfaction score of at least 85% through enhanced account management and customer engagement practices.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
