We are seeking a dedicated Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a dental office environment. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to provide excellent patient care.

Duties:
- Greet and check-in patients upon arrival
- Schedule patient appointments and follow-ups
- Verify insurance coverage and process payments
- Maintain patient records accurately in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure smooth patient flow
- Assist with clinic operations and provide administrative support as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a dental clinic
- Knowledge of dental terminology
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
