CMO, US Lead Team, Reservations Team, Sales team, Marketing team, Rental Operations and Global Support Services.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing
- Must have 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, or content creation with a focus on analytics and revenue growth.
- Passion for travel and the tourism industry.
- Strong desire to learn. You will be expected to continue upgrading knowledge, skills and abilities needed to stay abreast of best practices and industry trends.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong team building and leadership skills, including enthusiasm, ambition, flexibility, can do attitude, and ability to embrace and lead change.
- Excellent project management skills and demonstrated ability to prioritize a large number of complex projects simultaneously in a deadline and budget-sensitive environment and solve problems effectively.
- Ability to provide quick turnaround and updates for multiple requests while maintaining a strong reputation of high-quality work.
- Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and inspiring others.
- Ability to produce high quality deliverables with meticulous attention to detail. Must be metrics-driven and results-oriented with demonstrated analytical skills.
- Strong analytical background and ability to create and update reports.
- Experience with asset management, optimization for web, categorization and keywording of photo, video, and written content library
- Experience with social media management tools, including scheduling and reporting across multiple platforms
- Understanding of full funnel marketing and ability to design and implement new initiatives across multiple digital platforms
Key Accountabilities:
1. Agency partners - oversee paid and organic search performance and assist in managing agency relationships for both
2. Websites - updates, development of landing pages, coordination of tech updates with contractors and the web support team
3. Email marketing - scheduling, reporting, management of assets, coordination of asset development with the content freelancers and in-house team
4. Social Ads - scheduling and performance tracking of social ads in Meta and LinkedIn
5. Social media feeds - scheduling of monthly posts across platform, monitoring of inboxes, monthly reporting
6. Content - organization on the Content Hub for thl Global, preparation of sizes and dimensions for various purposes
7. Reporting - for web, email, social, and digital promotions performance monthly via Looker Studio and other tools
8. Guest communications mapping - be responsible for mapping of guest touchpoints and work with the content leads on development of new assets for an elevated guest experience
9. Rental location listings - oversee accuracy and reputation management (online reviews) for 22 branches across the US
10. Department support – Keep MS Planner updated with current initiatives for the team, organize new incoming requests from key stakeholders, process invoices and coordinate with agencies and contractors on timely payments
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $72,000.00 per year
