Roles and Responsibilities:
- Dive into managing inbound and outbound calls and emails to assist customers and turn prospects into happy clients.
- Make A Splash by providing friendly and attentive service to our customers with a problem solving approach to retain business and exceed expectations.
- Generate New Business to meet enrollment goals through effective promotion of our swim programs proactively contacting new leads and referrals both in office and at the pools.
- Showcase your Sales Skills by enrolling families and offering additional services to enhance their swim journey.
- Technically Savvy in managing CRM systems and ability to implement new systems.

Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in customer service and phone sales roles
- Experience in handling inbound and outbound calls
- Experience with data entry and customer relationship management (CRM) systems and software (knowledge in JackRabbit and Fresh Desk is a plus!)
- Be a self-motivated problem solver in line with company policies with a drive for success
- Comfortable working remotely and independently, with the flexibility to adapt to changing needs
Requirements:
- Experience in sales and customer service.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and implementation of new processes.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, distraction-free workspace.
- Availability to work Saturdays to engage with customers at our pools.
Hybrid Work Schedule:
Daytime Availability - Monday-Thursday and Saturday (Fridays/Sundays off)
- Willingness to work 3 days remotely in-home office handling inquiries through phone, email and texts.
- Ability to come meet in person office visits one day per week to connect with the Team to collaborate and achieve solutions.
- Be the face of the school by visiting the pools on Saturdays in person meeting customers, connecting with the Team and building relationships.
- Hybrid work schedule includes one pool visit and one in person office visit per week, including Saturdays.
