We are currently seeking Production Workers to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating machinery, performing quality control checks, and ensuring that all products meet the company's standards. The ideal candidate should have a good eye for detail, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have the ability to lift heavy objects. We are looking for someone who is reliable, hardworking, and committed to safely producing high-quality products.
Responsibilities:
- Maintains machines within work area, complying with company and OSHA safety rules and regulations
- Monitors machines to maintain required productivity levels and adherence to quality standards
- Identifies malfunctions or failures by routinely monitoring and analyzing equipment operations
- Regulates machine flow, speed, and temperature; if necessary, stops to reset to address malfunctions
- Perform basic maintenance on machinery and equipment.
- Adjusts equipment for new product line and performs troubleshooting to deliver quality in operations
- Frequently uses forklifts to complete tasks and transport items.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Communicate with supervisors and co-workers to ensure production goals are met.
- Any other duties needed to help drive our Vision, fulfill our Mission, and abide by our Organization’s Values.

Education/Training/Experience
- High school diploma or G.E.D. preferred
- 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.50 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 42 per week
