**Overview:** We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry and exceptional leadership skills to oversee daily operations efficiently. **Responsibilities:** - Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including but not limited to staff supervision, customer service, and financial performance. - Ensure high-quality food and beverage service to meet customer satisfaction. - Implement strategies to achieve sales targets and control operational costs. - Train, schedule, and motivate staff to deliver excellent service. - Oversee inventory control, ordering, and stock management. - Maintain cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations. - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues promptly. **Requirements:** - Proven experience in restaurant management with a strong background in coffee, catering, and food service management. - Knowledge of Aloha POS system and proficiency in inventory control. - Excellent culinary skills with a good understanding of kitchen operations. - Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle various situations professionally. - Familiarity with POS systems for order processing and payment transactions.
