Responsibilit
:
- Manage all aspects o
the community, including leasing, maintenance, and resident relations
- Conduct property tours and assist with the leasing process
- Handle resident inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of resident information, leases, and contracts
- Coordinate and oversee property maintenance and repairs
- Perform data entry tasks to update resident records and generate reports
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents through effective communication and customer relationship management
Skills:
- Strong data entry skills to accurately update resident records and generate reports
- Sales experience to effectively promote available units and upsell amenities
- Ability to negotiate lease terms with prospective residents
- Knowledge of property leasing processes and procedures
- Understanding of property maintenance practices to coordinate repairs and maintenance tasks
- Excellent customer relationship management skills to address resident inquiries and concerns
- Strong administrative skills to maintain accurate records and contracts
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Previous experience in property management or related field is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
