Due to a team member promotion, we have a position available with our Customer Service Team. To succeed in this position, this individual must be able to perform the essential duties listed below:
Primary Responsibilities:
Handle high volume of incoming and outgoing customer calls, including establishing new services, processing payments, account inquiries, scheduling services, sales upsells, and resolving customer complaints.
General Description:
- Meet and greet walk-in customers and job applicants.
- Respond to internal and external inquiries via email, phone, and face-to-face.
- Provide a single point of contact to provide a consistent and satisfactory customer experience.
- Process customer orders from start to finish.
- Process credit card payments.
- Process daily cash receipts.
- Manage and update client accounts.
- Cultivate rapport with customers.
- Be responsive to customers' needs (i.e., return messages and timely follow-through)
- Respond to customer inquiries (provide accurate pricing, knowledge of the services we offer, and ability to resolve basic account concerns.)
- Update and maintain client databases with up-to-date information.
- Fulfill customer expectations with realistic commitments.
- Assist in building profitable sales by enhancing customer satisfaction and confidence.
- Complete all paperwork, reports, and administrative tasks in a timely, complete, and accurate manner.
- Perform general administration tasks.
- Support other departments as needed.
Experience & Skills Requirements:
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- A warm, approachable manner
- Problem-solving abilities
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- 2-5 years’ experience in a customer service position
- Verifiable experience using MS Office (Word, Outlook & Excel)
- Experience using database management systems
