About us
Pawsh Pawradise is a small business in Franklin, TN. We're an amazing company that is dedicated to making dogs lives better. We have a team that is compassionate and shares a common goal of supporting and improving the lives of greater Nashville area dogs. We work diligently to maintain an open culture where egos are checked at the door and collaboration and pawsitivity run wild. Everyone is a hands-on contributor. Our mission, vision, values and the desire to do what’s right drive our decisions.
Dog daycare attendants are responsible for the care of dogs while they’re in daycare. They may feed and water the animals, clean their cages or kennels, play with them, and monitor their behavior to ensure that they’re happy and healthy while they’re away from their owners.
In house training is available but a love of dogs is a must!
Our work environment includes:

- Growth opportunities
- Casual work attire
- Flexible working hours
- On-the-job training
Dog daycare attendants must be able to work well with dogs—they need to know how to handle different breeds and temperaments, and they need to be comfortable interacting with a large number of dogs at once. They also need to have strong communication skills; they need to be able to clearly explain instructions to dog owners and effectively communicate with other staff members about any concerns they might have about an individual dog’s behavior.
