DEPT OF TRANSPORTATION
Driving the future of transportation with a diverse and innovative team
In the TOC we do NOT -
Take 9-1-1 calls, we are not a PSAP; as a matter of fact, we aren't even a call center. ADOT call centers are completely separate from the TOC. We also do not call tow trucks, call for crisis response, enter or confirm warrants, stolen property/vehicles, missing persons, etc. We do not have an ORI (we do not require TOC Certification Level A, we only require Level D!)
If you have any further questions, please feel free to call the TOC during business hours at 602-257-1563 / Option 3 and ask to speak with the Manager or on-duty Supervisor.
