**Job Overview:** We are seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to join our team. The Behavior Technician will work with individuals with developmental disabilities, implementing behavior intervention plans to improve their quality of life. **Responsibilities:** - Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). - Collect and record data on observable client behavior. - Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed. - Utilize applied behavior analysis techniques to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviors. - Collaborate with the treatment team to provide comprehensive care for clients. **Skills:** - Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques. - Knowledge of behavioral health principles and practices. - Familiarity with special education practices and terminology. - Proficiency in behavior management strategies. - Ability to work with individuals with developmental disabilities. - Strong data collection and analysis skills. - Understanding of medical terminology related to behavioral health.
