Position Summary:
Green Vine Landscaping, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and proactive Landscape Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Landscape Management Division, you will serve as the primary contact for our contracted accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and contract renewals. This role involves maintaining positive customer relations, selling non-contracted landscape management services, and managing properties proactively. Essential Duties:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through clear and frequent communication.
- Proactively manage properties by identifying and resolving landscape issues before they escalate.
- Utilize Aspire CRM features to track client interactions, set automated follow-ups, and maintain comprehensive client histories.
- Monitor crew activities and work closely with production staff to ensure quality and timely service delivery.
- Schedule and coordinate landscape maintenance services using Aspire’s centralized scheduling system. Optimize route planning and allocate resources efficiently.
- Conduct site visits and perform real-time quality checks using Aspire’s mobile app.
- Collect and input immediate feedback to ensure the highest quality of service.
- Develop and manage client budgets using Aspire’s budgeting tools. Track expenses and predict future financial needs with automated calculations.
- Manage sales pipelines, track leads, and prepare proposals through Aspire’s CRM system.
- Oversee the inventory of materials, tools, and equipment. Use Aspire to track and manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Provide training and development opportunities for team members. Utilize Aspire for tracking training progress and certification renewals.
- Manage relationships with vendors and subcontractors. Use Aspire to coordinate with external partners for seamless service delivery.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of relevant experience.
- MUST be able to work in-person.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to present effective sales presentations, both written and verbal.
- Ability to lead and inspire others.
