In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting the development and growth of our brand presence across various digital platforms. The ideal candidate is passionate about digital marketing and graphic design, possesses knowledge of managing various social media channels, and is eager to learn and grow in the field of digital marketing. This position reports to the Marketing Manager.
Job Responsibilities
As part of our Marketing Team, you will play a key role in the growth of our brand in the North American & Canadian Market.
Your specific areas of responsibility will include:
Social Media
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy for organic social media channels, aligned with brand goals, target audience preferences, and industry trends.
- Develop and maintain a content calendar to schedule and organize social media posts and campaigns in advance, ensuring timely and consistent delivery of content.
- Implement strategies to grow the brand's social media following and increase engagement, including content optimization, hashtag research, influencer collaborations, and community building initiatives.
- Foster community engagement by actively participating in conversations, responding to comments, and addressing inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media content, including reach, engagement, impressions, and clicks. Use data insights to evaluate content performance, identify trends, and optimize future content strategies.
- Coordinate with internal team members to ensure alignment of social media content with overall marketing strategies and product launches.
Graphic Design & Video
- Design and create visually compelling graphics, illustrations, and visual assets for various digital and print materials, including social media posts, e-mail, website graphics, marketing collateral, advertisements, and presentations.
- Conceptualize, storyboard, and produce high-quality video content for marketing campaigns, promotional videos, product demonstrations, tutorials, and other multimedia projects.
- Create dynamic and engaging motion graphics, animations, and visual effects to enhance video content and captivate audiences across digital platforms.
- Edit and enhance video footage, including trimming, cropping, color correction, audio mixing, and adding visual effects or text overlays using video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
- Optimize graphic and video content for various digital platforms and formats, including social media, websites, email newsletters, and digital advertising campaigns, to maximize engagement and effectiveness.
- Demonstrate proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects, as well as video editing software mentioned above.
- Ensure consistency in brand identity, messaging, and visual style across all graphic and video content, adhering to brand guidelines and standards.
- Manage multiple design and video projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards and attention to detail.
Copywriting
- Create compelling and persuasive written content across various platforms and channels, capturing the brand's voice and effectively engaging the target audience.
- Conduct thorough research to understand the target audience, market trends, and industry-specific terminology.
- Edit and proofread marketing materials to ensure accuracy, grammar, and adherence to brand guidelines.

Job Requirements
We are seeking a dynamic & organized Marketing Communications Specialist to join our team. This role requires exceptional creativity, strong verbal and written communication skills, adept interpersonal abilities, basic knowledge of CMS platforms, and analytical thinking. Additionally, the ability to thrive in a collaborative, multi-cultural team environment is essential.
Basic knowledge of the following software’s:
- Microsoft Office Suite: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for document creation, data analysis, and presentation development.
- Social Media Management Tools: Familiarity with social media management platforms such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social for scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and analyzing performance across various social media channels.
- Graphic Design & Video Tools (Adobe Creative Suite): Basic proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite software, including Photoshop for image editing, Illustrator for vector graphics creation, InDesign for layout design, and Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro for video editing and production.
- Content Management Systems: Basic understanding of Content Management Systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Drupal, or Joomla for website management, content creation, and publishing.
- Email Marketing Platforms: Basic knowledge of email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or HubSpot for creating, sending, and tracking email campaigns, newsletters, and automated workflows.
- Analytics Tools: Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, or Instagram Insights for monitoring and analyzing website traffic, social media performance, and campaign metrics to inform data-driven decision-making and optimization strategies.
Additional qualifications for the role include:
- BA degree or higher
- 1+ years of experience in Marketing and/or Graphic Design
- Passionate about digital and performance marketing
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Creative, enthusiastic, self-motivated, self-directed, detail-oriented, and willing to grow
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Up to 5% travel
