Job Summary
Work in coordination with distribution to achieve company established growth and financial goals through appropriate pricing of life and disability products to new and existing employers with 500+ employees.
Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Review prospects received from regional group office(s)
- Communicate appropriate plan design(s) and pricing to the sales assistants.
- Work in coordination with the sales representative to negotiate new business
- Manage renewals for specific RGO(s) to company established renewal strategy.
- Work directly with other departments to provide a positive customer experience
- Experience rating life and disability products
- Assisting management team with project work
- Mentor other members of the team
- Ability to analyze and explain claim trends
Job Requirements
Required Education and/or Certifications
- H.S Diploma or equivalent
Recommended Education and/or Certifications
Required Work Experience
- 5+ years of related experience
- Or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background
Salary Band: 06B
This selected candidate will be expected to work remote. The candidate will also be expected to physically return to the office in CA, IN or ME as business needs dictate or for team-building and collaboration.
