Our team is growing! IEBI is looking for passionate and motivated individuals ready to change the lives of their clients while building their clinical and professional skills.
At the Institute for Effective Behavioral Interventions (IEBI), we provide state of the art behavioral intervention services using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to assist children and adults with autism and other developmental disabilities and their families. We believe that with quality therapy, a team approach, and always putting our clients first, we can help them learn the skills they need to be independent, happy, and uniquely themselves. Our programs are tailored to the specific needs of each individual. The goals of the programs might include increasing communication, cognitive functions, daily living, motor/gross skills, behavioral management, and self-monitoring, as well as replacing maladaptive behavior.
