Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily administrative operations of the office.
Duties:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management and staff
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, letters, reports, and other documents
- Maintain and update administrative systems and procedures to improve efficiency
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Coordinator, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other office software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Experience:
- Administrative experience: 3 years (Preferred)
- front desk: 3 years (Preferred)
