NVS is looking for PCAs to provide in-home care to individuals with Traumatic Brain Injuries and/or other disabilities making them eligible for nursing home level of care. Duties include oversight, supervision, daily living skills, bathing, personal care, housekeeping, etc. Shifts available throughout Chautauqua County. High School diploma or GED required.
Those available to work third shift, weekends, and holidays encouraged to apply. Starting wage is $16.20 per hour. After training, hourly rate will be increased based on experience.
Please note: In order to be considered for employment by NVS, you must:
1) Have a high school diploma or GED
2) Submit a completed application
3) Successfully pass the New York State Department of Health Criminal History Record Check
4) Successfully pass a drug screen

2) Driver's License/Photo ID
3) Social Security card
4) Immunization record
5) 3 references
6) Current PCA certification (if applicable)
Those currently certified preferred. However, a certification class may be held for those who are not certified.
