Job Summary: The Dishwasher ensures all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are clean and sanitized. This role also maintains the cleanliness of the kitchen and dishwashing area.
Key Responsibilities: *but not limited to

Cleaning: Wash dishes, utensils, glassware, pots, and pans.

Storing: Sort and store clean items in their proper places.

Maintaining Cleanliness: Keep dishwashing area and kitchen clean, including floors and surfaces.

Equipment Care: Check and maintain dishwashing machines and report issues.

Sanitizing: Follow all health and safety guidelines.

Assisting: Help with food prep and other kitchen tasks as needed. (Example: Breaking down boxes and taking out the trash, keeping the restrooms and hallways tidy)

Compliance: Follow all restaurant policies and health codes.
Qualifications:

Experience: Previous dishwasher experience is required.

Skills: Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Availability: Must be available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
HOURS: Monday-Sunday 8am-1am
