Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Shift Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in food handling, culinary, hospitality, or food service management. As a Shift Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations during assigned shifts
- Coordinate and input weekly Schedule
- Facilitate FOH Training for Busser, Food Runner, Hostess, Server, Bartenders, Delivery
- Monitor Margins and input Shift Notes into System
- Coordinate Booking, Special Events, Catering as necessary
- Ensure we're meeting Health Department and GA Department of Labor Requirements
- Manage and lead a team of employees
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Train new employees on company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with the management team to improve overall efficiency
- Coordinate Office Schedules
