Job Description
The Field Operations Manager – Sales Programs plays a critical role in delivering our next phase of growth. You will manage a portfolio of strategic projects to improve the efficiency of the Go-To-Market team. Specifically, you will support the Americas Sales, EMEA Sales, Channel Sales, and Sales Strategy teams, while reporting to the Director of Field Operations – Sales & Channel. This role works cross-functionally with IT, Finance, Marketing, and other stakeholders.

Project manage a portfolio of Sales Operations projects from the inception of the project to the successful rollout of the completed project.

Provide regular updates to key stakeholders on the status of each portfolio project with insight into status, timeline, roadblocks, challenges, etc.

Work cross-functionally with key stakeholders and SMEs to establish clear and thorough business requirements.

Partner with IT to translate business requirements into technical requirements.

Liaison between Revenue Operations leadership, Sales, and Marketing to ensure the successful completion of projects, on time, within budget, that meet or exceed expectations.

Design and oversee the UAT process to ensure the end project meets stakeholder requirements and functions as expected.

Design any required training, enablement, and communication materials to ensure the successful rollout of a completed project and handoff to the business owner.

Solve complex operational challenges while striking a balance between desired business outcomes and technical feasibility

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in operational roles relating to Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Customer Success Operations, or Project Management roles.

Broad functional understanding of Revenue Operations in a high-growth business-to-business technology environment.

Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills to all levels within the organization. Experience interacting with senior stakeholders within the organization.

Ability to multi-task and to work in a dynamic, fast-changing entrepreneurial environment.

Experience with Salesforce.com, Tableau, Monday.com, and/or Clari is preferred.

A smart, bold but humble attitude to work collaboratively with CyberArkers across the organization

The salary range for this position is $105,000 – $153,000/year, plus commissions or discretionary bonus, which will be based on the employee’s performance. Base pay may also vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits.
