Office Assistant
We are currently seeking a full-time Office Assistant between 30-40 hours a week. We welcome inquiries from qualified candidates who possess a strong work ethic, demonstrate attention to detail, a willingness to perform at high standards, have a positive attitude, and are focused.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Answer and direct office phone calls
- Send and receive emails
- Filing
- Data Entry
- Organize work party luncheons
- Monitor and maintain office supplies
- Make store runs
- Take inventory and stock items
- Welcome visitors
- Schedule travel arrangements
Requirements and qualifications:
- Accurately keystroke a minimum of 50 wpm
- Acute attention to detail
- Strong verbal skills over the phone and email
- Understanding of basic computer operations
- Self-starter, results orientated
- Strong organizational skills
- Fast learner
- Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within a constantly changing environment

Education Requirements:
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Proficient computer skills and knowledge of various computer software programs. (i.e. Microsoft, Office Word, and Excel)

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
