Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of customer service representatives

- Train and onboard new customer service staff

Experience:

- Experience in a customer service role
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to conduct interviews for hiring new staff
- Familiarity with sales management techniques
- Proficiency in using POS systems and cash registers
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts effectively

Pay: $55,128.00 - $59,546.00 per year
