Summary
A Warehouse Associate will work to efficiently move product through the assigned area to meet customer’s standards. They will promote a work culture that represents the organization’s vison, mission, and values.
Essential Functions
- Receive, pick, pack, inspect and ship products to customers
- Cycle counts
- Verify and process customer orders to their specifications, ensuring accuracy of shipments
- Track all inventory through the use of radio frequency (RF) scanners to ensure accurate inventory
- Meet key metrics as defined by Warehouse Leaders which may include safety, culture, customer needs, quality, and on-time delivery
- Maintain the safety and security of all associates
- Report to work on time and as scheduled
- Support key warehouse areas as assigned
- Deliver product
- All other duties as assigned
Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Ability to effectively communicate both verbal and nonverbal
- Problem solving skills
- Basic computer/data entry skills (Warehouse Management Systems)
- Basic math skills
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds occasionally and up to 50 pounds regularly
- Valid drivers license
Required Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
