Our Award Winning Client, a nationally recognized leader in therapy and support services for children and adolescents with autism, is actively seeking a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join their dynamic team. Qualifications:
Required:
- Education: Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a closely related field.
- Certification: Must possess an active Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) certification.
- Experience: A solid background of at least two years (preferred) in engaging with children who have Autism Spectrum Disorders.
- Physical Requirements: Capable of moving quickly and frequently from sitting (on the floor or in a chair) to standing positions and lifting items weighing up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
Preferred:
- Prior experience within a team-oriented, multidisciplinary setting.
Core Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee individualized care plans and behavior intervention strategies.
- Execute comprehensive behavioral assessments including VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, Essential for Living, among others.
- Provide meticulous supervision and training to behavior technicians on implementing ABA interventions.
- Analyze client progress regularly and adjust programs as necessary.
- Maintain strict adherence to the BACB Ethical Code, HIPAA regulations, and organizational policies.
