BayBreeze Dental is a privately owned fast growing general dental practice looking for a motivated office manager. Only candidates with dental office management experience will be considered. This high-end start-up location just finished our second year; we have had high levels of growth and are expected to continue to grow very quickly. The position would be the perfect fit for someone with an extensive history (+10 years) of growing and managing dental practices. This is a great opportunity to get into a growing brand in its early stages of development. The position provides a clear path to upward career progress for the right candidate, with more opportunities becoming available as we grow. The right candidate for the job will report directly to the Owner dentist/CEO, be a master of systems, repeatable excellence, and be a leader in the practice. Must have a strong knowledge of key practice indicators, tracking metrics, ability to manage and lead a team, hiring, terminating, building a team culture, working with associate dentists, and developing and enforcing office policies.
Responsibilities
· Achieve financial performance and revenue growth goals while supporting our culture and mission.
· Act as an expert in the local market, employing best practices for patient acquisition and retention.
· Provide direct individual and team leadership to achieve success in an entrepreneurial environment.
· Track key practice metrics and provide weekly, monthly, and yearly reports.
· Managing overall productivity of the office
· Ensuring successful execution of operational standards, including compliance with established company policies and procedures.
· Handling all patient service issues to ensure excellent patient satisfaction.
· Building team morale to support company culture.
· Training and coaching office managers and staff in all aspects of dentistry and helping them achieve their personal career goals.
· Presenting organized and efficient daily/weekly/monthly reports to your CEO
Qualifications
· Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience, or equivalent
· Coursework or on-the-job training in the fields of dentistry, business, or training
· Strong retail management and leadership skills
· Experience leading a team, mentoring and coaching subordinates.
