Perform all administrative duties as assigned by the Foster Care Coordinator. Work hours will reflect meeting the requirements under the essential job functions and will be determined by the Foster Care Coordinator. All employees of Boysville, Inc. receive training in the Quality Improvement (QI) activities of the company and are required to actively participate in PQI meetings, tasks, projects and/or committees, as needed.
Essential Job Functions:

In a primary role, files and maintains hard copies and computer records for the Foster Care program, for both Foster Parents and Foster Children
- Maintain Foster-Care related calendars
- Assist Case Managers with intake packets and prepare discharge packets

Set up files and file paperwork for Foster Care Case Managers and Foster Home Developer
- Schedules and attends various meetings and, trainings as necessary. Takes and distributes notes

Support staff in all day-to-day operations, to include answering and routing phone calls and inquiries to the correct parties

Assist with Foster Care homes, as needed

Maintain medication records

Input referrals from TDFPS

Open/Close homes in State System

Maintain Foster Parent Roster and Renewal requirements

Prepare Informational Packets for prospective Foster Parents and Informational sessions

Submit request for new Foster Parent Verification, establish and maintain Foster Home binder

Tracks, coordinates and communicates program training to ensure regulatory compliance by foster parents

Must have 1 to 2 years experience and/or education in administrative services

Must have High School Diploma or GED, some college coursework preferred

Must possess excellent communication, organization and time management skills

Must be computer literate in windows applications

General medical knowledge preferred
