Pay Range:
· $65,000 + - based on experience

At Cross Creek we specialize in Adolescent, Adult and Geriatric patients who are experiencing mental or behavioral health issues. Our patients’ illnesses range from psychosis, schizophrenia requiring an overnight stay in an acute behavioral health hospital. We are a 90 bed acute inpatient hospital and have both PHP and IOP Outpatient programs. In the not too distant future, Cross Creek will be expanding to a 204 acute inpatient facility.

· Implement the approved program plan objectives, timetables, expected outcome and measures for assigned areas of responsibility.
· Oversee the program's budget and policies regarding participant involvement, program requirements, and benefits. Work may involve directing counselors, clinical staff or other facility / clinic staff involved in the delivery of services through the program. Provides management and oversight for the facility outpatient program.
· Provide staff management to including hiring, development, training, performance management and communication to ensure effective and efficient department operation.
· Develop and assist with the development and implementation of policies and procedures consistent with those of the hospital, to ensure efficient operation of the program.
· Ensure that the unit maintains compliance with standards, laws and certification standards, including those established by JCAHO, Medicare and other regulatory agencies.
· Supervise the maintenance of patient records to ensure required quality documentation and compliance with policies and procedures.
· Make recommendations for, develop, and carry out improvements to the program to meet changing mission parameters and requirements.
· Demonstrate a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers always. When patient needs are not met, acknowledge and work to resolve complaints. Recognize that patient safety is a top priority.
OTHER FUNCTIONS:
· Perform other functions and tasks as assigned.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
· Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field required.
· Four or more years’ experience working in behavioral health.
· Two or more years’ management experience required.
LICENSES/DESIGNATIONS/CERTIFICATIONS:
· Texas LPC, LMSW or LCSW is required.
CPR and de-escalation/restraint certification required (training available upon hire and offered by facility).

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
