```Duties```
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the medical office, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient patient care
- Manage and supervise office staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to maintain compliance with healthcare regulations
- Coordinate patient scheduling and ensure timely appointments
- Maintain accurate patient records and handle confidential information with discretion
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care and outcomes
- Manage billing and coding processes to ensure accurate reimbursement
- Monitor inventory and order medical supplies as needed
- Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a professional manner
```Experience```
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in medical office management or related field
- Proficiency in Dentrix or similar practice management software
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Experience with fiscal management, including budgeting and financial reporting
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems (Epic preferred)
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of acute care practices and regulations
