Plumbing Project Manager
Carl F. Riedell & Son, Inc. is growing and urgently seeking an experienced Plumbing Project Manager to estimate and manage residential projects for our Osterville, MA location.

Responsibilities:
Estimate job costs and prepare client proposals
Manage budget, billing and change orders
Manage schedule, job progress and manpower from start through completion
Site visits to review job startups and job progress
Ensure jobs are completed on time and on budget
Proactively seek new opportunities for company growth and to meet company goals
Requirements:
Must be dependable
Must be personable
Must be able to prioritize work and efficiently complete jobs in a timely manner
Must be able to communicate effectively with customers and with the Riedell team
Must be able to collaborate in a team environment
IT Savvy with the ability to learn new software
Must have experience with Rough & Finish Plumbing
Must be able to read and interpret plans
Management experience required. This is a leadership position.
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday 7:00-4:00
Salary: Competitive - Commensurate with experience $80k-110K
