Duties:
- Manage daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures;
- Ensure excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers, resolving complaints, and addressing customer inquiries;
- Complete installations on customers vehicles of products sold;
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, implement strategies to achieve sales targets;
- Train and supervise store staff, provide coaching and feedback to improve performance;
- Collaborate with HR to address and fill any recruitment needs;
- Maintain inventory and communicate with purchasing department for orders as required;
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities;
- Monitor and enforce compliance with company policies and procedures;
- Ensure compliance with health and safety plans, regulations, and general best practices; and
- Perform other related duties, as required.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in retail sales management;
- Strong mechanical or automotive background preferred;
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve customer complaints
- effectively;
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;
- Ability to interview, train, and supervise a team of employees;
- Proficient in basic math for handling cash transactions and inventory management;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities; and
- Knowledge of retail industry trends and competitive landscape.
