Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize continuous improvement tools to analyze product irregularities, recommend solutions, and lead cost reduction initiatives to enhance product costs.
- Support training and provide floor-level guidance to team members on improvement methodologies.
- Identify performance gaps through technical product and process analysis, focusing on waste reduction and cost efficiency.
- Assist in preparing cost estimates, justifying projects financially, and managing budgets for design, installation, and commissioning activities.
- Research and evaluate new equipment, systems, and processes to advance operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years collaborating with engineering and maintenance teams to achieve cost-effective objectives. Preferred experience in equipment design, project engineering, or plant management.
- Skills: Proficiency in technical CAD drawings and schematics interpretation. Ability to understand and create electrical or mechanical diagrams. Familiarity with programming languages for machine troubleshooting. Knowledge of designing electrical control and safety systems.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
