SUMMARY OF POSITION
Responsible for being able to work on each production line of the plant. The production worker is responsible for supporting the BRC program within scope of the job function,

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Must have a minimum of a high school diploma, equivalent (GED), or demonstrated proficiency through previous job experience and/or training in related performance responsibilities listed below.
- Must be able to understand the English language.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform duties such as inspector, box filler, box closer, box maker and palletizer
- Report any product questionable in quality to the lead person/quality control and or supervisor immediately
- Must be able to perform housekeeping duties when the line is down
- Keep floors clean always
- Empty trash cans at the lines and replace
- Make sure ceilings are free of water
- Gather pallets and cardboard off the floor at all lines.
- Requires moderate to heavy physical exertion, up to fifty (50) pounds.
- Adhere to common safety practices and rules; including wearing protective equipment and clothing as required.
- Responsible for following all food safety, legality, and quality policies and procedures within the scope of the job responsibilities such as but not limited to: GMP’s, food safety, product quality, food security, plant security, etc.
- Performs other related duties, as directed by the Lead and/or Supervisor.
