Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual and group counseling sessions for clients with mental health diagnosis
- Provide clinical counseling and therapy to individuals
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on client assessments
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical documentation and records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care for clients
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain client confidentiality
Experience:
- LCSW licensure, LCPC licensure, LMSW licensure or LGPC licensure required
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and documentation practices
- Experience working with individuals with mental health and substance use diagnosis
- Proficient in conducting individual and group counseling sessions
- Familiarity with special education programs and services
