Job Title: Appointment Setter
Location: Remote
Pay: $20-$25/hr. + $20 per attended call if an inbound booked apt

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our services and generate interest.

Qualify leads and identify key decision-makers within target organizations.

Schedule appointments for our sales representatives to meet with potential clients.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system.

Follow up on leads and inquiries to ensure timely responses and maximize conversion rates.

Collaborate closely with the sales team to coordinate schedules and optimize appointment setting strategies.

Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities.

Provide feedback to management on ways to improve lead generation and appointment setting processes.
Requirements:

Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction or related industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a confident and persuasive phone manner.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
