- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain positive internal and external relationships

- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Responsible for the revenue growth, expenses, and operating earnings for designated accounts.

Identify, develop, and execute new and ongoing strategies/tactics to drive new business growth, based on corporate strategies.
- Successfully sell in and launch new products as identified for customer set.
- Provide valued-added, professional advice to food service customers based on insights and analytics.
- Match information to identify gaps/opportunities by customer.
- Identify, develop, and expand customer opportunities, while meeting sales goals.
- Close sales by professionally and efficiently delivering major sales presentations.

Responsibility for budgets, analysis, reports, financial performance, key measurements, and contract performance of each account

Meet goals established for assigned customer accounts and look for ways to improve the current account management process.

Work with customer and internal operations to ensure order commitments/contract requirements are met.

Provide ongoing account support; understand customer needs, goals, and expectations.

Work collaboratively with all functional areas to resolve issues to maintain positive customer interface.

Maintain all customer communications: daily orders, credit resolution, quality resolution, order fulfillment, etc.

Manage a dynamic set of customer needs in a fast-paced environment.

Daily management of accounts, including web-based platforms and problem resolution.

Monitor sales activity, forecast and recommend strategies.

Coordinate promotional programs.

Communicate to customers all products and services available to them.

Maintain all account information (pricing, orders, shipping, item attributes, etc.)

Complete required external and internal daily reporting as defined by customer and management.
