Zinda Law Group, a rapidly growing and prestigious personal injury law firm is looking to bring on an experienced Product Manager to join our team and drive the management of our innovative products. This individual will be instrumental in taking our products from ideation to fruition, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful adoption. This position is on-site in our Austin, TX office.
Responsibilities:
- Define the product vision by addressing key questions such as target audience, primary features, success metrics, competitive positioning, and distribution channels.
- Own the product roadmap, making strategic trade-offs to prioritize features and enhancements based on impact and resources.
- Conduct thorough user research to inform product development decisions and create a comprehensive roadmap.
- Proactively identify and address challenges in product development and execution, ensuring timely resolution.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams, providing regular updates on project status, obstacles, and timelines.
- Lead the process of taking products from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with company goals and market needs.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute effective go-to-market plans and drive user adoption.
- Measure and analyze product performance using relevant metrics, iterating strategies based on data-driven insights.
Qualifications:
- Strong managerial skills with experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Proven track record of successfully launching products from 0 to 1.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities, with a knack for driving consensus and alignment.
- Data-driven mindset, with proficiency in analyzing product performance metrics.
- Experience in product prioritization, roadmap planning, and problem-solving.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
