Assistant Property Manager
Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Property Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Property Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our properties. Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing all aspects of property operations under the guidance of the Property Manager
- Handle administration and lease renewals
- Conduct Data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Support the maintenance team in addressing tenant requests and resolving maintenance issues promptly
- Assist in overseeing property budgets and financial performance
- Utilize Yardi and RentCafe' software to maintain accurate records and reports
- Resolve tenant issues and conflicts with professionalism and efficiency
- Support leasing efforts by conducting property tours, processing applications, and assisting with move-ins/move-outs
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement strategies for maximizing occupancy rates
- Maintain a high level of customer service by building strong <Customer relationship management> skills
Skills:
- Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and compliance requirements
- Experience with contract administration and lease management
- Proficiency in <Data entry> and record keeping
- Strong understanding of <Property management> principles and practices
- Excellent <Conflict management> abilities to handle tenant issues effectively
- Basic understanding of <Sales> techniques for leasing purposes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other <Office> software
- Ability to build strong relationships with tenants through effective <Customer relationship management>
