Summary Description
Assist and Direct flow of Clothing, Merchandising, Displays, Inventory, Sourcing, Logistics, and communication of multi-departments with the goal of Customer Satisfaction and Profit Margin. Assist Customers on Phone and In-Person, when needed. Assisting with the receiving of Daily Shipments.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Customer Service
· Provide excellence customer service to all of the dealership’s customers.
· Attain retail sales goals and profitability plans in Motorclothes Department.
· Must possess the ability to work with several customers at one time while maintaining individual customer satisfaction.
· Handle telephone transactions quickly, and courteously.
· Point out any sales, specials, new merchandise and offer additional product that may compliment the customer purchase.
· Accept cash & credit card payments for merchandise purchases in a courteous and accurate manner.
· Handle customer complaints reasonably, showing empathy and a positive attitude, and demonstrate our commitment to excellent customer service while communicating to Parts and Accessories Manager.
Motorclothes Department Support
· Receive and process products from distributors, check merchandise received against purchase invoice, and prepare product for showroom floor.
· Conduct or participate in periodic physical inventory of all merchandise (counts, reports etc.).
· Ensure merchandise displays are stocked, clean, and appealing to customers.
· Maintain updated customer profiles in computer system.
· Become familiar and efficient with all phases of the computer system required

· Complete HDU Courses and attend training sessions to keep current with merchandising & sales training as assigned by Manager.

Qualifications & Job Requirements
· Must have ability to get along with a broad customer base.
· Knowledge and experience with servicing of Harley-Davidson motorcycles, and other products sold by the dealership, or the demonstrated ability to quickly learn them.
· Experience with Point-of-Sale & computerized inventory systems or the ability to quickly learn.
· Ability to look up items and quote prices for items using proper catalog for particular motorcycle.
Physical Demands
· The noise level in the work environment is occasionally loud.
· Occasionally required to bend, stoop, crouch, reach, and lift 50 lbs. of material.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
