We operate a large e-commerce business. The professional in this role will utilize their previous leadership skills, strong understanding of business analytics to bring continual process improvement to our company. Due to the high growth in our industry we have an exciting opportunity for a high speed, energetic Account Manager that is looking for an opportunity to utilize all of their skills in developing and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Assist accounts with claims, billing questions, policy changes, and payment options
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients
- Provide regular updates on account status and sales activities
- Attend conferences and events to develop network in the industry
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales or account management
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close sales deals
- Experience in technical sales is a plus
- Ability to warm call potential clients and build relationships
- 4+ years-experience required in Account Management
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
