B. PAYROLL 1 Preparation of payroll for multiple clients, as assigned
C. FIRM 1 Accounts receivable - Preparation of flat fees & billing invoices, monthly 2 Accounts payable - Weekly processing of firm bills/expenses
3 Preparation of daily Bank Deposits
D. TAX 1 Correlating & binding of Individual and Corporate tax returns
E. ADMINISTRATIVE 1 Pick-up Lunch, daily including tax season
2 Go to the bank & mail box, daily
3 Assembling of tax folders for tax printing, as needed
F. SUPPORT STAFF 1 Handling of telephone calls, as needed 2 Confirm & Set Appointments, as needed 3 Handling of Incoming & Outgoing mail, as needed 4 Filing of firm & client documents, as needed 5 Filing of periodicals in library, lobby, restrooms, etc., as needed 6 Preparation of Conference room for client meetings, as needed 7 Clean conference room table after each meeting, as needed 8 Light Office Maintenance / Morning Set-up, as needed 9 Kitchen trash disposal, as needed 10 General office maintenance (ie. bi-weekly laundry of placemats, towels & flag, monthly water heater maintenance), as needed 11 Substitute Firm Administrator's functions, as needed
G. OTHER 1 Special accounting, payroll, tax & administrative projects as assigned by supervisors

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
