Compensation:
$40,000 - $50,000 Salary + Commission
Responsibilities:-
Identify and pursue potential leads actively to secure new profitable business in the assigned market in Beaumont, TX.

Sell Commercial and Industrial lines of business.

Maintain and expand the market area through effective relationship-building and customer loyalty strategies.

Renew contracts with existing customers to enhance customer relationships and boost customer profitability when suitable.

Respond in a timely manner to internal and external customers.

Stay informed about market behavior and competitive trends in designated markets to predict changing customer needs.

Demonstrate an understanding of the Company's services.

Attend weekly sales meetings.

Enhance Company visibility by participating in Company-sponsored activities and events, acting as a Company representative at community events as needed.
