Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and transfer all incoming calls to the appropriate department or team member.
- Take messages and task employees through our case management system, Clio.
- Assist walk-in clients by processing payments and providing receipts.
- Seat clients with appointments in the conference room and offer refreshments.
- Greet all guests warmly and professionally.
- Maintain the lobby and conference room areas, ensuring they are stocked and clean.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a receptionist, preferably in a law firm or professional setting.
- Proficiency with Clio or similar case management systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.64 per hour
