SUMMARY OF FUNCTIONS:
Performs customer-related duties; enters information into computer; field customer requests. Handle customers’ pre- and post-sales inquiries.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Responsible for customer management and satisfaction, order management and delivery.
*Field pre and post-sales requests accurately and in a timely matter.
*Review order status with customer, cross functional team(s), and management.
*Drive effective production and/or KPI meetings.
*Maintain good customer service relationship to avoid escalations.
*Timely resolution of issues and escalation as soon as it is required to avoid delays in project completion.
*Ensure proper closure of customer related issues.
*Perform related duties as required.
ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS:

EXPERIENCE AND/OR EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
· Associates degree in Business or related field. BA/BS degree preferred.
· 1-2 years customer relations experience.
· Good working knowledge of computers, esp. Microsoft Office.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Quick learner and work well independently.
· Work well in a fast-paced environment.
