Position: Director of Facilities – The Clubs of Cordillera Ranch
Reports to: Club Manager and Owners
Job Overview:
The Director of Facilities is responsible for overseeing facilities operations, managing facilities budgets, directing routine maintenance, responding to emergencies, managing risk, managing contractors, conducting site inspections, and facilitating all inspections and certificates of operation. This is a supervisory position but needs to be capable of hands-on operations. The facilities department encompasses maintenance, repairs, renovations, preventative care, housekeeping, and opening of the Clubs to provide the best experience to Club Members.
Key Functions:
- Coordinating routine maintenance and repairs.
- Scheduling renovations.
- Managing waste disposal.
- Develop and monitor budgets.
- Develop plans to meet current and future needs.
- Training staff on safety procedures.
- Ensuring compliance with regulations and laws.
- Scheduling and managing maintenance and housekeeping teams.
- Ensure the safety of all Members and Staff.
- Schedule all inspections and maintain all certificates of operation.
- Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation regulations.
- Participate in Health Inspections.
- Catalogue and maintain security access to buildings.
- Oversee maintenance of mechanical, electrical, fire/life safety, plumbing, and waste management systems.
- Ensure building operations meet service standards and comply with all local laws and regulations.
- Develop budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure.

- Ability to tend to emergencies outside of normal working hours.
- Must have deep knowledge of mechanical, electrical, fire/life safety, plumbing, and waste management systems.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Must be able to supervise and prioritize multiple projects at once.
