Job Description:
The Dishwasher is responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen areas.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Practices and promotes proper sanitation and dishwashing procedures.
- Ensures all areas are kept clean and sanitary including but not limited to floors, walls, ceilings, refrigerators, and storage rooms.
- Immediately communicates concerns to the Supervisor, Room Chef, Executive Sous Chef, and Executive Chef.
- Keeps and maintains general work areas, equipment, and storage units clean and sanitized.
- Follows all Health Department food safety and sanitation policies.
- Checks and follows the daily schedule.
- Reports any maintenance issues promptly.
- All other duties as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
