The ideal candidate has a couple of years of experience and a proven record of success as restaurant general manager and is self-driven and motivated to excel.
Job Responsibilities
The District Manager will be responsible for overseeing, troubleshooting, and coordinating the day to day operations of the restaurants in accordance with Company and Subway policies; meeting food and labor cost goals, building well-trained, customer service oriented teams; developing and implementing plans for sales growth and cost controls.
- Complete responsibility for multiple restaurant locations, financials, labor issues, inventory, quality and customer service efforts
- Making sure all stores are staffed and open for their required hours of operation
- Ensuring the consistent quality of service, safety and other standards that our employees and customers expect
- Responsible for meeting food, labor and sales goals.
- Developing and successfully implementing plans for sales growth, new product initiatives and cost controls.
- Coaching, evaluating, and leading all team and management members, engaging the customers in the restaurant, to provide the highest levels of customer service and satisfaction
Job Requirements:
- At least 1+ years’ experience in the restaurant business as a District Manager/Multi-Unit Supervisor or 2+ years’ experience as a General Manager of a high/medium volume store.
- Strong presentation skills, written and oral communication skills, coaching skills, customer service skills and interpersonal relationship skills
- Excellent grasp of labor productivity, cost controls and
- Strong sense of customer service, management skills and a strong passion for the food service and restaurant industry.
- Ability to build teams, effectively coach managers and team members to perform at company expectations
- Must have a valid driver’s license, pass a background and drug test and provide three professional references
- Travel will be required between the restaurant locations.

Total compensation package up to $75,000 / yr.
