E-commerce Specialist
As an E-commerce Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online sales channels. You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to drive revenue growth and improve the overall customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to increase online sales and drive traffic to our e-commerce platforms.
- Manage and optimize product listings, ensuring accurate and compelling product descriptions, images, and pricing.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective digital marketing campaigns, including SEM, SEO, and social media advertising.
- Advertising incorporating PPC.
- Monitor website analytics and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the web development team to enhance website functionality and user experience.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce, digital marketing, and consumer behavior.
- Assist with graphic design tasks such as creating banners, promotional materials, and email templates.
- Utilize HTML5, JavaScript, and other tools to customize website elements as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in e-commerce management or digital marketing roles
- Strong understanding of performance marketing principles and analytics tools
- Proficiency in SEM (Search Engine Marketing) strategies and techniques
- Data analytical skills
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels such as SEO, social media advertising, email marketing, etc.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) and content management systems (CMS)
- Basic knowledge of HTML5, JavaScript, or other web development languages
- Basic knowledge with software such as Helium 10
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
